Job Description

Education:

  • Master’s degree in economics, development studies, or another relevant subject.

MInimum years of relevant work experience:

  • Seven years of experience as project manager or infrastructure specialist 

Required skills and competencies:

  • At least  years of experience on development planning, financing
  • Solid understanding and Knowledge of Nepal’s policy framework and financing instruments for SDGs  
  • Experience in working with the government on SDGs costing, financing and data base
  • Better Knowledge and experience working with provincial and local governments on SDGs

Desired additional skills and competencies :

  • Prior experience working with UNDP is an asset

Required Language (s) (at working level) :

  • Fluency in oral and written Nepali and English is essential
