Ordering of required equipment and spare parts
Ensure the construction and branding of Showroom, Spare parts & workshop
Ensure New dealer Manpower recruitment and training
Ensure dealer operation as per the defined norms
Dealer Nurturing and Mentoring
Ensure the Dealer inauguration has been properly conducted
To conduct the financial audit of dealers to ensure financial discipline
To ensure profitability audit of dealers to add value for the formation of appropriate business policy
Capability development of dealer manpower for business growth
BBA/BBS having 3 years of experience in field of sales and business development ideally in automobile industry
Strong communication, dealing, negotiating and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Taking own initiative and ability to work independently
Ability to handle pressure.
