This requirement is for Jagdamba Hire Purchase Ltd., for the position of Regional Manager- Loan and Recovery (Mobile Segment).
Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage disbursement of loans for mobile phones through partnered retailers, distributors, or digital platforms.
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure recovery of pending payments.
Lead a team of field officers and external agencies for collections.
Set performance KPIs, monitor targets, and ensure execution of collection plans at ground level.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance policies in all recovery practices.
Provide weekly/monthly MIS and portfolio performance reports to senior management.
Highlight and escalate regional trends, fraud signals, or market feedback.
Other duties as assigned by HOD.
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Masters degree is preferred.
Should have prior experience in managing collections and recovery teams regionally.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient with loan management systems, MS Excel, and MIS tools.
Data-driven and process-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
