🔧 Provide technical support to dealers and service centers
🛠️ Conduct regular field visits to monitor service quality and SOP compliance
📚 Organize training programs for technicians and dealer staff
📊 Track and analyze service data, warranty claims, and customer complaints
📞 Coordinate with the central service team for escalated issues
🚀 Support in the execution of service campaigns and new product roll-outs
✅ Ensure adherence to brand standards and customer handling processes
🎓 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
📅 2–3 years of experience in 2W service operations or technical support
💡 Strong technical knowledge of 2-wheelers and service diagnostics
📍 Willing to travel frequently across the Rapti/Bheri Zone
🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
📄 Basic proficiency in MS Office and report writing
