Receive shipping documents from overseas factories and confirm accurate item, purchase order information;
Ensure import documentation is submitted to customs brokers for surface and air shipments
Check status of shipments and ensure customs and freight is cleared.
Track shipments for delivery to warehouse
Coordinate and maintain inventory setup and receiving at warehouse; check case packs and model IDs or other relevant specifications.
Calculate final landed costs including all FOB, freight, and duties using excel spreadsheets.
Receive purchase order and bill in ERP system
Assists in shipping and transportation processes
Responsible for submitting reports as required to Finance Manager and CFO.
Other ad hoc support required.
