Job Description

  1. Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
  2. Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  3. Networking with other agency in order to generate new business for the company.
  4. Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
  5. Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  6. Attending key meetings with members of the sales    team.
  7. Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales  process.
  8. Spotting market opportunities for new customers.

Job Specification

  1. Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
  2. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  3. Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
