Job Description

Timely approve the loan files on the basis of Whatsapp group queries
Update daily inquiries in the sharing platform such as Google sheet
Coordinate with the dealers to minimize any gaps in loan process.
Risk analysis
Get involved in the recovery of loan as per required
Area wise team planning and provide proper information & guidance to team members
Sharing daily process & works

Job Specification

Able to multitask in a fast paced work environment
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Engaged and self-guided individual
Demonstrate attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office applications experience-MS Excel/Word)
