Planning and creating employee relations and communication activities.
Acting as an HR manager for a line manager, supervisor and general staff in terms of manpower concerns.
Dealing and negotiating with the local labor union on staff concerns.
Creating, developing and implementing training programs to develop staff.
Controlling and managing manpower budget and costs.
Ensuring a safe and standardized work environment.
Controlling all HR activities and company regulations to be in compliance with labor laws.
Coordination for HR tasks effectively.
Housekeeping, Security Personnel Management and Vehicle Management
Close coordination and support among team members to strengthen the individual and department performance
Follow company rules and regulations strictly to develop system and maintain professionalism culture in an organization.
Maintain Proper filing of Agreement papers done with House rent, AMC Vendors, Other parties
Maintain Proper documentation of Official Assets handover to Employees ( Laptop/Vehicle/Pen drive/Uniforms/Shoes Etc)
Preparation of Repair and Maintenance Budget.
Arranging repair and maintenance works as per need.

Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources and Administration field.
Good command of English both spoken and writing skills
Planning and execution and result orientation
