Provide service and customer support during field visits
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Ensure all customer complaints receipts are informed to the service coordinator for registration
Manage all repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Ensure timely completion of work on the machine.
Ensure preparation of service report, commissioning report, warranty reports and parts indent form with customer dully sign.
Build positive relationships with customers
Handover complete reports to the service coordinator.
