Job Description

  • Physical verification for tampered box, weight of the buckets and no. of boxes received against transfer challan/packing list.
  • Plan to move spare parts and packages to reach destinations on schedule
  • Tracking order package status of spare parts.
  • Conduct perpetual and annual physical verification of stock.
  • Tracking vendor bills and follow up with an account to release payment.
  • In case of a new item, allocate the new bin location as the default location in the system and place the item physically as per assigned bins/racks/location.
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are there in the Warehouse
  • Ensure the payment is adjusted timely to the right customer ledger.
  • Other jobs assigned by manager.

Job Specification

  • Knowledge of Inventory management
  • 1-year previous work experience in spare parts with a 10+2 educational level can also apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command over computer will be added advantages.
