Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve the target.
Develop monthly, quarterly annual sales plans for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Identify retail prospects in and around the area assigned.
Make a database of all prospects for future reference.
Make lubricants supply proposals and present to the prospect
Exposure to Business development and Network development for primary and secondary sales.
Willing to travel for Marketing in recommended by the company
Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region
Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance
Must have significant sales experience, at least 2 Years in LBT (Lubricants, Battery, Tyre and automotive industry.
Must have knowledge of lubricant, tyre & battery and its market in Nepal
Demonstrated success in a commercial sales position within lubricants would be favorable.
Must possess a 2-wheelers vehicle and driving license.
