- Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve the target.
- Develop monthly, quarterly annual sales plans for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Identify retail prospects in and around the area assigned.
- Make a database of all prospects for future reference.
- Make lubricants supply proposals and present to the prospect
- Exposure to Business development and Network development for primary and secondary sales.
- Willing to travel for Marketing in recommended by the company
- Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region
- Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance
- Must have significant sales experience, at least 2 Years in lubricants and automotive
- Must have knowledge of lubricant, tyre & battery and its market in Nepal
- Demonstrated success in a commercial sales position within lubricants would be favorable.
- Must possess a 2-wheelers vehicle and driving license.
