•TADA & Fuel Claims: Assist in the preparation and processing of Travel Allowance & Daily Allowance (TADA) and fuel reimbursement claims in an accurate and timely manner.
•Courier & Dispatch Management: Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and official dispatches, ensuring timely delivery, proper tracking, and accurate record-keeping of all shipments and correspondences.
• Vehicle Documentation & Insurance: Support the Admin Manager in coordinating the renewal of Bluebooks and managing insurance claims for company vehicles and other assets.
• Procurement & Supplies Management: Oversee the procurement and regular stock monitoring of office utilities, including electricity, printing supplies, stationery, and other essentials.
• Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain and regularly update records of all office assets and inventory to ensure accountability and transparency.
•Coordination with External Offices: Liaise with government agencies, banks, and other external institutions to carry out required administrative tasks and official processes.
•Documentation & Filing: Ensure proper documentation, systematic filing, and safe storage of all administrative records and official documents.
•General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure efficient and smooth office operations across departments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.
