Manage overall service operations of the 4W workshop
Supervise technicians and service advisors to ensure quality and timely service delivery
Monitor workshop productivity, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SOPs
Coordinate with parts and sales departments for seamless operations
Ensure proper documentation, job card handling, and system updates
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and follow-ups efficiently
Implement service campaigns and ensure warranty processes are followed
Strong technical knowledge of 4-wheeler vehicles and service processes
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a service team
Good communication, customer handling, and reporting skills
Familiarity with service software or DMS systems is a plus
Willingness to work under pressure and meet service targets
