Job Description

Sales Manager will be responsible to look after overall business and sales of Mobile Accessories i.e. Earbud, Smartwatch from beginning level. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth for the company. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales leadership roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets of Mobile Accessories
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
