✔ Manage overall branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service of Heavy Equipments.
✔ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
✔ Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team for optimal performance.
✔ Ensure timely stock management and maintain proper coordination with suppliers.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
✔ Monitor financial transactions, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
✔ Prepare reports on branch performance and present to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or branch management (preferably in the construction or building materials industry).
Skills & Competencies:
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Sound knowledge of construction materials and industry trends.
✅ Ability to analyze financial reports and ensure operational efficiency.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
