Collection of Dealers daily Service report from dealers/Engineers.
To compile consolidated report of service & spares at first half of next day
Daily follow-up with Area Service Engineers/Technicians
To take Service Event report from Engineers.
Need to circulate Service Circulars to all Dealers all over Nepal.
Coordination with customer care Executive regarding post service follow-up and collect the details.
Coordination with Dealer’s customer care Executive regarding post service follow-up and collect the details.
Communicate with engineers/dealers/concerned in charge to get the details of job done & report the same.
Prepare & Update engineers mobilization sheet
Update & maintain Service documents & files in an orderly manner.
Check the status of stationeries like warranty claim form, job card, training materials, etc. and order as per requirements.
Regular dispatch the stationeries to dealers according requirement.
