Job Description

  • Maintain petty cash as per account guideline
  • Input purchase entries in Tally and DMS on the basis of Proforma invoice and packing list
  • Check the payment status of the dealers
  • Assist in the dispatch of the available parts quickly
  • Prepare and maintain stock report
  • Prepare daily sales reports

Job Specification

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Good in excel
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
