Job Description

  • Collect loan inquiriesย from dealer
  • Responsible for complete loan files processing and proper file management
  • Responsible for collection of timely EMI by following up clients as a reminder to pay their dues on time.
  • Responsible for recovery of the loan by coordinating with the legal team.
  • Follow the guideline provided as per circular and HODโ€™s.
  • Address grievances and suggestions from the customers.
  • Increase the daily collection via verbal communication with the customers and minimize the risk of over dues.
  • Other duties as assigned by Team Leader and HOD

Job Specification

  • Bachelor degree running
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply. However candidates with at least 6 months experience in relevant field bare preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation andย persuasion skills.
  • Must have two-wheeler vehicle along with valid drivingย license
  • Basic Excel knowledge
