Job Description

  1. Welcome and greet the visitors in the showroom
  2. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  3. Provide customers with quotations
  4. Gather customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
  5. Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Job Specification

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

  • Proficient in MS-Office
