Job Description

Administrative and logistic support to day to day operation of the company including bank visits, tax offices/government offices visits, and other official tasks as assigned.
Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries
Preparing account statements for customers.
Processing credit memos.
Creating and issuing invoices to customers.

Job Specification

Able to multitask in a fast paced work environment
Strong Problem solving skills
Demonstrate attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office applications experience)
Working experience in SAP ERP is an added advantage
Minimum 1 year's experience in Account & Finance
