Identify and engage potential hydro sector clients and construction companies for excavator sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Conduct product demonstrations and site visits as needed.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Collaborate with the service and technical teams to deliver excellent after-sales support.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the division.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience in heavy equipment sales or dealing with hydro power/construction sector clients is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong market awareness of the construction equipment industry.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
