Oversee and monitor service operations across the region
Ensure adherence to service SOPs, customer satisfaction standards, and KPIs
Provide technical and operational support to dealer service teams
Conduct regular service audits and performance reviews
Coordinate training and upskilling programs for technicians and service advisors
Implement service campaigns and drive regional initiatives
Strong technical background in automobile service
Leadership experience in handling multi-location service operations
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region
Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Gandaki or Lumbini Zone
