Job Description

  • Coordinate with the workshop to increase sales of spare parts
  • Checking, verifying, and processing warranty claims
  • Liaise with Technical Services Dept. on all warranty claim parts, visit customers to investigate and assess parts quality issues and complaints
  • Monitoring the movements of all warranty parts submitted to suppliers and ensuring replacements are done within the stipulated time frame.
  • A random sampling of incoming Spare Parts to ensure consistency of product quality.
  •  Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Specification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command over computer will be added advantages.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS office applications: MS word / MS exce
