Update identified non-conformance in Discrepancy Register and report to Parts manager
Sign on bilty for acknowledgement of receipt along with signature & stamp of transporter and, handover a copy to transporter.
Follow ups with transporter/courier for incoming/outgoing parts from/in branches until parts reached the destination.
Ensure Invoicing is performed as per issued parts from warehouse.
Conduct perpetual and annual physical verification of stock.
In case of new item, allocate new bin location as default location in system and place the item physically as per assigned bins/racks/location.
Collection of payment and handover of cheque/cash to Branch Accountant.
Prepare and forward Daily Customer follow-up reports to recovery officer
Lost Order must be maintained and forwarded on timely basis.
Any other duties as assigned by the management
