Location: Kathmandu
Job Role: This position holder will work under the leadership of Programme Manager of DRR/CCA Programme to coordinate and manage Oxfam in Nepal’s Urban DRR and Climate Change Adaptation Programs. S/he will be responsible for the leadership in strategic and technical guidance to DRR/CCA team in Urban DRR and CCA initiatives and to design and undertake policy and advocacy activities. S/he will also be responsible for program development, partnership management and ensuring timely report production and submission to the donors and also will be taking the lead in identifying funding opportunities.
Requirements for the Role: Masters' Degree in Urban Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Development Management/ Environment Science/ Disaster Risk Management and/or other relevant field with 5 years of experience in DRR/CCA sector.
