Job Role: To provide strategic leadership to Oxfam’s programmes in programme quality, and ensure the implementation of quality programmes and partnerships. S/he will be responsible for leading and managing the Programme Quality Unit with the aim to implement the Oxfam Nepal Strategy that enables growth and excellent quality of the programmes. The post holder needs to deliver high level of specialised advisory services, manage high level support services to facilitate the delivery of senior management objectives, line managing 3 small teams; Funding, Monitoring Evaluation, Accountability and Learning and Information Management, Programme Quality, Partnership Quality and Development It is a complex, highly demanding role, working in close collaboration with the Country Director and Programme Directors in order to achieve the ambitions set out in the new Oxfam Nepal Strategy 2015-2020.
Role Requirement: Post Graduate Degree in relevant field with proven senior programme management experience. S/he should have proven experience in leadership role with people management expertise.
