Location: Kathmandu
This position will require supporting and building capacities of shelter teams of Oxfam and Partner Organizations, especially at district and project level, in order to ensure the effective implementation and coordination of shelter activities within the humanitarian program. You will require working closely with the district teams to identify learning needs and developing capacity building plans. You will also require providing guidance to design specific and adapted processes, methodologies and tools for implementing and reporting in line with Oxfam principles and minimum requirements.
