We are urgently looking for dynamic team players in the following positions for our programme.
Resourcing and Development Coordinator
Level: C2
Duration: Fixed term contract until March 2017
Location: Kathmandu
Applicable for Nepali Nationals only
Responsibilities:
To build individual and organisational capability and knowledge to meet current and strategic requirements, and create a learning culture to embed capability development. You will be responsible for full recruitment responsibilities for the Programme.
Requirements for the role:
University degree with minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, ideally in a specialist role (Resourcing and L&D) or as a line manager. Skilled at designing L&D interventions that respond to adult learning theories and good L&D practice
