We are urgently looking for dynamic team players in the following positions for our programme.
HR Coordinator (Payroll, Reward and Systems)
Duration: Fixed term contract until March 2017

To interpret regional and divisional policy in relation to Rewards and overall management information systems and other strategic projects and ensure HR practices in Nepal are appropriately aligned. To manage the HR systems and processes effectively providing guidance and advice to managers, staff and HR colleagues in their effective implementation.
Requirements for the role:
Preferred degree in HR with experience of 3 years particularly in an HR operational role especially in the areas of reward and HR systems. Knowledge and understanding of Nepal employment law and how to interpret this in remuneration and employment policy. Advanced user of office productivity tools and techniques (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
