Job Description

ADMIN ASSOCIATE

"Applicable for Nepali Nationals only"

Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 2021

The Role:

Admin Associate is responsible for managing smooth functions of reception, handling phone calls and guests with high level of professionalism. S/he should be able to manage petty cash and prepare payment request related to domestic flight tickets, stationery, office supplies etc.

S/he will be responsible to provide proper guidance and supervision to support staffs for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises.

 

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Nepali.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working.
  • Possess proper telephone etiquette and enthusiasm to customer service approach
  • Bachelor degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary.

Along with this, for this role we are looking for someone who can backup country Director’s PA during her absence.
