Logistics Coordinator (Re-advertisement)

Job Role: To provide logistics support to Field Programmes of Oxfam in Nepal and other areas/programme as and when deemed necessary. This position will require managing/supervising resources within defined boundaries including people and assets. Position holder will be responsible for planning, monitoring and implementation of overall logistics processes/systems (i.e. purchasing, warehousing, assets and fleet) for Oxfam operations in accordance with Oxfam policies and procedures. S/he will require assisting and supporting the Programme Manager and Team leaders with logistics and security advice and procedure.
Role Requirement: Master’s degree in Management or any relevant field with 3 years of experience / Bachelor’s degree in Management or any relevant field with 5 years of experience in managing people and working in development programmes in Logistics field and/or extensive experience in purchasing, warehousing, vehicle management, administration, team support, security and communications. (Experience could substitute for a formal qualification, but not vice versa).
