Duration: Fixed term contract until March 2017
Location: Kathmandu (50% ) + travel to the project districts in eastern Terai
Job Role: The position holder will manage Joint Programme- DRM and Humanitarian Preparedness and support in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting in leadership of Program Manager and Team Leader following a performance based approach. S/he will also be a focal person for partner’s management and capacity building. Also s/he will be responsible for identifying opportunity of advocacy and campaign in strategic issue on DRR, CCA and humanitarian sectors.
Requirement for the Role: Masters' Degree in Agriculture/Natural resource Management/Business Studies/Social Science and Development and/or other relevant field with 3 years of experience in disaster preparedness/risk reduction and livelihood field.
