Job Role: To increase Oxfam’s program impact in Nepal by working closely with country management and program teams to improve program quality by providing leadership, coordination and strategic support on foundational program quality with Oxfam’s one program approach, gender, rights-based approach and impact at scale embedded. The post holder will be responsible to develop and ensure the implementation of PQ strategy. S/he will lead and coordinate support for developing Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Social Accountability strategies and plans and also for designing the partnership strategies. S/he will require providing support for Oxfam and partner staff resourcing and capacity development, and Internal, and external coordination, representation and networking.
Desired Skills and Competencies: Post Graduate Degree in relevant field with proven senior programme management experience. S/he should have experience and strong understanding in leading on / developing strategic thinking on program quality with strong experience in influencing, managing, advising, training, and coaching others on PQ issues, including HR and resourcing.
