Perform regular field & customer visits to understand market specifics & trends, competitor practices, customer behavior and assess sales force performance
Prepares summary reports after those visits highlighting development needs & best practices related to training execution and competitor activities
Understands all related business processes including dealing with sub-dealers
Define specific training needs
Implements training programs for the sales force adapted to market requirements and JTI standards in order to improve core and functional skills and competencies leading to the achievement of KPIs and targets
Consider current skills and competency levels versus expected levels
Tracks development of KPI achievements to assess impact of trainings and field coaching sessions on sales force performance
Evaluate and analyze sales training activities
Develop tools (such as manuals, knowledge tests, field coaching forms, etc.) and follows up on the learning process in order to ensure know-how transfer to sales force
Closely monitor the market for new training designs and methodologies for the sales force
Ensure that training programs are aligned with JTI standards and expectations
Position: Sales Trainer
Qualification: Masters Degree
Experience: 3 + years in related field in a supervisory or specialist position in sales preferably in a multinational FMCG company
Good understanding of the sales processes and best practices
Knowledgeable in assessing training needs, developing programs, and implementing sales force trainings
Working in close collaboration with the Head of Sales, Area Sales Manager, and HR in developing and implementing appropriate training programs mainly to the sales force in order to improve their core functional skills and competencies in achieving set KPIs and sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office applications and data reporting
Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
Resourceful; With proven ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines
