Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Marketing Lead in developing strategies for making movement visible throughout the country
Ground level coordination and execution of school and community related programs.
Coordinating marketing campaigns with multiple product partners and other stakeholders
Managing the organization’s regular expenditure and marketing budget.
Execution of the planned promotional activities.
Overall monitoring and reporting for brand management and corporate identity of movement
Regular updates of project’s online presence (Facebook, Twitter, Website) and create awareness of movement in the urban and semi-urban youth
Monitoring brand visibility of the movement. Identify gaps and create plans to reach all 77 districts
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches*
Any other support as and when required by the Marketing Lead.
Leadership and Team Management Skills
Experience of 10+ years of in the field of marketing, especially activation and vendor relations
Strong positive outlook.
A confident personality.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Bachelors in Business Administration with Marketing Specialization or relevant field (Master’s preferred)
