1. Coordinate Recruitment
Plan and coordinate recruitment, prepare job announcement and advertisements, notify applicants on status of interview etc
Coordination/Follow-up with designer and marketing team for the publication of vacancy on the right day and location
2. Talent Acquisition
Recruits, interviews and selects employees to fill vacant positions
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Responsible for the critical positions and Talent Acquisition of Nepal Operation- Manufacturing Divisions
3. Induction/ Orientation
Customer follow-ups on joining date
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals
Preparing job description and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff
4. Correspondence and Communication
Preparing critical position LOA and LOI for the candidates
Create written and verbal communication with the potential employees
Reference check of the candidates and keep a record of it
min Bachelor Degree required.
Good at communication.
Good at Coordination.
Basic computer knowledge.
