1. Works with the field marketing and holds regular team meetings with field marketing team to set objective, motivate team, communicate objective.
2. Strategic understanding of territory significance, issues, potential. And understanding of customer behaviour. And monitor competitor's activity both in trade and consumer level.
3. Alignment with marketing and sales team. And targeting appropriate consumer segment.
4 .Consolidate post evaluation reports and propose relevant action steps. And consolidate competitors reports and propose opportunities and highlight issues.
1. Must compulsorily have two wheelers.
2. Passionate about achieving individual and team objective.
3. Excellent communication in English.
4. Intermediate skills in MS Office( MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
5. Adaptable, Flexible, and open to change.
6. Good team player and can work independently.
