To plan effective trade promotional expenses and able to collect market outstanding timely.
Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
Coordinate with sales team to plan promotional activities, trade shows and special events.
Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent company’s brand.
Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Planning and ensuring the targeted distribution expansion to increase the sales
Planning and recommending product and product line extension.
To plan and execute effective marketing tools as per the strategy to increase the market share of the company.
Proper coordination with the concern brand manager and fully motivate the team under the position.
Ensuring proper utilisation of promotional items and also ensuring that operation is smooth and inter and intra department coordination is effective
Managing redistribution cost within the budget and ensuring timely submission of monthly claims and other related reports.
Controlling the cost of damage to optimize the cost of operation bringing it within the budget of CG.
Timely revising the collection plan as per the market dynamics and company strategy.
Distribution expansion, appoint new Super distributors, Distributors, Sub-distributors.
Increase Visibility and availability of CG brands.
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters
- Experience: 7+ years in Sales - FMCG sector
