Job Description

  • Master's degree in International Development, International Relations, or related study.
  • Work experience as Humanitarian Emergency Affairs Programme Officer in a complex emergency response at least for 1 -3 years in a country other than the home country.
  • Three- Five years of related work experience, including deployments/postings to emergency response.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in successful proposal writing and management of proposal development teams with multi- and bi-lateral donors.
  • Proven knowledge leading a multi-cultural team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • A commitment to World Vision’s core values and mission statement.
