Job Description

Key Responsibilities: This role should be able to manage front desk office including guests and providing appropriate information to all customers as well as provide administrative support in arranging domestic & international travels and coordinating internal and external communication needs in WVIN through face-to-face contact, telephone and mails so that WVIN can carry out its operation in Nepal. In addition, this position will need to support in keeping the record of couriers, procurements items, etc. One of the key responsibilities include proper courtesy and appropriate office protocols observed in all internal and external communications and engagement with all customers and be aware of current staff job functions within WVIN to be able to accurately answer caller's questions and direct their calls.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and competencies required: A Bachelor's degree in Management or any other discipline with minimum 2 years' of experience in a secretarial role especially in International Agencies, Embassies or Diplomatic Offices. Must have excellent communication skills in English and Nepali as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; Must have knowledge about global times zones and be able to operate PABX; Excellent oral and written English & Nepali; Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications including use of Microsoft Office; Ready to take initiatives and willing to work under pressure and exhibit a high level of flexibility; Hold a high level of integrity and honesty, self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently; Strategic, creative, and innovative thinking with decision making and problem solving skills; Good understanding of humanitarian Sector.
