Requirements and Qualification
  • A Master’s Degree in an innovation related field from an accredited university.
  • 5-7 year’s experience in an incubator, a start-up advisory, social enterprise, innovation space or any kind of entrepreneurial experience.
  • This position requires a team player with leadership qualities, excellent flexible project management skills, a partnership guru, a professional and positive attitude, organization and dependability.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and to exercise independent judgment.
  • Experience working in a developing country.Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Good oral/written and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on a cross-cultural environment with a multi-national staff.
  • A commitment to World Vision’s core values and mission statement.
