Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of accountants
- Ensure timely entries and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial reports
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with vendors and customers regarding financial matters.
- Coordinate and monitor all payments ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Review and manage the recording of expenses; reconcile accounts periodically to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure all entries are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage and safeguard financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
- Conduct periodic reviews of operational finance tasks to ensure compliance, efficiency, and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely filing of returns.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
