Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor overall network performance, including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve network issues within defined SLAs.
  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support for escalated network-related problems.
  • Configure and install various network devices and services as required.
  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation of network configurations, processes, and infrastructure changes as per SOP.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and clients for issue resolution.
  • Maintain Network KPIs and KRAs in alignment with company targets.
  • Conduct field visits (IV/OV) as needed.
  • Work in rotational shifts and remain available for emergency on-call duties.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 4+ Years of relevant experience in network operations or network engineering.
