Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor network performance including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
Identify, escalate, and resolve network issues within the defined SLA.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and infrastructure changes according to SOP.
Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting for escalated network issues.
Coordinate with internal departments and clients for issue resolution and network maintenance.
Maintain network KPIs and KRAs in alignment with company targets.
Configure, install, and maintain various network devices and services.
Work under pressure and be available on-call 24×7 as per business requirements.
Exhibit flexibility for both internal (IV) and external (OV) field visits.
Work in rotational shifts as required.
Skills and Knowledge:
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and devices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Proactive, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.
Willingness to work on rotational shifts and on-call duties.
Additional Requirements:
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Ability to travel for field visits as required.
Experience:
Fresher candidates with relevant educational background are eligible.
