Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilisation, throughput, latency). 
  • Issue identification, escalation and resolution within provided SLA.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and infrastructure changes under fixed SOP.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve escalated issues.
  • Interdepartmental and client coordination to
  • Maintain Network KPI and KRA according to company target.
  • Knowledge of configure and install various network devices and services.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and available on call 24×7 under requirement.
  • Flexibility in IV and OV field visits.
  • Flexibility working on any shifts.
  • Driving licenses with two wheeler is mandatory.
