Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and service.
Manage customer service, HR, administration, and sales functions at the branch.
Assess local market conditions and identify new business.
Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue and subscriber growth.
Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Identify and execute local expansion opportunities in coordination with the regionals and branch team.
Optimize occupancy rates, subscriber base, and service
Material and bandwidth consumption (standard actual).
Lead, train, and develop the branch team to achieve performance
Address employee concerns and work on reducing
Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Stay updated on market competition and provide insights on industry trends.
Develop strategies to enhance the branch’s competitive position.
Develop and execute branch-level marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Conduct local promotions to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
