Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound technical support calls and resolve L1 network, connectivity, and service issues.
Provide guided troubleshooting and escalate complex cases to L2/Field Operations with proper documentation.
Ensure high First Time Resolution (FTR) and deliver quality service as per SOPs.
Meet KPIs including FTR, AHT, APS, call count, and talk time while maintaining SLA compliance.
Accurately log customer interactions and manage tickets in our system.
Share feedback on recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (ongoing or completed).
