Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and managing user accounts across systems, ensuring proper access levels.
Support in administering and maintaining access security systems.
Monitor, report, and help investigate security incidents and access issues.
Aid in the documentation and development of IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
Provide support in maintaining the organization’s email system(s).
Provide basic maintenance support for the organization’s IVR system(s).
Coordinate with the IT team for troubleshooting and routine system audits.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Information Technology or a relevant field.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
