Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
- Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate information related to services, billing, and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring first-call resolution (FCR) whenever possible.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while maintaining follow-ups until resolution.
2.Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and promote company products/services.
- Explain service benefits, pricing plans, and promotional offers to customers effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of service quality.
3.Billing & Account Management:
- Assist customers with billing-related concerns, including invoice clarifications, payment methods, and overdue account settlements.
- Guide customers on service upgrades, renewals, and plan changes as per their needs.
4.Data & Call Handling:
- Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM systems with relevant customer interactions, Ticket management, and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow company SOPs for call handling, data privacy, and service quality standards.
